MS WOD Week 5

The ZIS Baden Fun Run will be held on Tuesday, October 2. This year we are again utilising our scenic course, in the forest, behind the Wirtshaftsschule. Below is a flyover of the 2.8km course (the distance marker is 1 mile).

Warm-up will begin from 1.30pm and students will run in three different waves from 2pm. All parents, teachers and other community members are welcome to participate. The course is only a 5 minute walk from school but there is also a limited amount of parking, near the start/finish line, on Bernestrasse am Kreuzliberg.
